Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Overview A well-established, family-run orthodontic practice located in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join their team. If you are looking for a role in a patient-focused dental practice that values collaboration, positivity, and a light-hearted work environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations and provide clear, compassionate guidance. Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate care with patients’ other healthcare providers (e.g., general dentists and specialists). Prepare and send professional correspondence and letters. Schedule Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Wage: $38 - $43 per hour (based on experience) Monthly incentives. Requirements A minimum of two years of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator. Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license is considered an asset. Bubbly, outgoing, and organized team player. Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
