Track record of developing engineering leads and senior technical contributors. Strong hands-on backend experience (Node.js, Java, Go, Python, or similar) and understanding of modern frontend development (JavaScript/TypeScript). Experience with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). Solid database experience (PostgreSQL/MySQL), caching (Redis), and messaging systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, observability tooling, and container ecosystems (Kubernetes/ECS). Ability to balance strategic architectural thinking with hands-on problem-solving (~20% active coding). Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
