Lead Revenue and Operations Manager

Accountabilities Own and improve the company’s operating model, ensuring effective planning and execution. Establish and maintain company-wide KPIs and reporting in collaboration with data and finance teams. Lead initiatives related to revenue and operations, such as pricing strategy and forecasting. Enhance cross-team coordination and documentation in a fully remote work environment. Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team to translate strategy into actionable plans. Provide structure and clarity to complex projects across various functions. Requirements 8+ years of experience in operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong experience with data analysis, metrics, and BI dashboard reporting. Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote and low-bureaucracy organization. Experience collaborating with various teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance. Excellent analytical skills combined with effective written communication.
