Position Legal Content Developer Type Part-time, project-based Compensation $110–$140/hour Location Remote Duration 4–6 weeks Commitment ~15 hours/week Role Responsibilities Draft structured legal content related to special needs trusts, guardianship, and disability benefits. Ensure accuracy in areas such as ABLE accounts, Medicaid eligibility, and SSI processes. Translate complex legal frameworks into clear, standardized documentation. Verify all explanations against public, authoritative sources. Collaborate asynchronously with the project manager to ensure content alignment and quality. Qualifications Must-Have 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, legal scholar, or advanced paralegal. Deep knowledge of special needs law, guardianship, and trust structures. Strong understanding of Medicaid application workflows and SSI requirements. Proven ability to communicate complex legal topics clearly. High attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines.
