Summary The Legal Counsel supports the legal team by assisting in contract reviews, employment law compliance, and corporate legal matters. This role works closely with HR, Sales, and Compliance teams, providing guidance on agreements, policies, and employment matters. Responsibilities Drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate agreements. Assisting in providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics (e.g., fintech, labor laws, employment law, corporate matters, etc.). Providing general HR and employment law support. Handling and assisting with a variety of other issues and projects as they arise, including product, sales, and litigation. Desired Skills & Competencies 4+ years of legal experience (law firm or in‑house) with a focus on employment law. Preference for a US‑barred attorney. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Experience in a global or multi‑jurisdictional environment is a plus. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
