Hays has partnered with a property management, company based in Edmonton, AB. We are currently seeking a Property Leasing Administrator to join their team immediately. This position is a 3 month contract You'll work full time hours.



**Please note you will be working Thursday-Monday from 10:00am-6:00.**


Your new role

You will be working on site of a residential apartment building, interacting directly with residents and potential residents in person, over the phone, and email. You will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Responding to general inbox
  • Answering resident and potential resident inquires
  • Setting up tours
  • Hosting tours of building and suites
  • Answer inquires such as building promotions and pricing.
  • Receive deliveries and assisting residents with packages



What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years of experience, with strong preference to the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of administrative procedures and customer service oriented
