Role: Lead MuleSoft Platform Support Engineer Location: Remote,Canada Job Type: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities Provide platform support for MuleSoft integrations and Spring Boot APIs. Perform code-level analysis and log analysis to troubleshoot issues. Proactively identify potential problems and implement preventive measures. Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve production issues efficiently. Monitor application health using tools such as Sumo Logic and New Relic . Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues. Participate in on-call support rotation, including weekdays and weekends, to maintain high availability. Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices for continuous improvement. Technical Skills & Expertise Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Spring Boot . Proficiency in code-level debugging and log analysis . Familiarity with monitoring tools : Sumo Logic, New Relic. Good understanding of API security standards (OAuth2, OIDC). Knowledge of integration patterns and API lifecycle management . Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
