Senior Sales Executive – Salesforce/MuleSoft

Professional with expertise in Digital Transformation, Direct Clients and MSP/VMS Work Location: Remote-USA/Canada Responsibilities: We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive net‑new and partner‑led growth for our Salesforce and MuleSoft services. This is a remote role reporting to the Managing Director, Salesforce Practice. You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate closely with Salesforce/MuleSoft field teams, and lead strategic pursuits across Insurance, BFS, Healthcare, and Technology verticals, including Insurtech, Fintech, and technology‑native customers. You will work closely with Marketing, Alliances, and the Practice to ensure practice growth across approved Industry GTMs. Key Responsibilities New Logo Acquisition and Growth Hunt and penetrate enterprise accounts; build, qualify, and convert a robust pipeline across Insurance, BFS, Healthcare, and Technology (Insurtech, Fintech, tech‑native). Lead discovery, craft solution concepts, quantify ROI/TCV/ACV, and shape the business case. Own pursuits end‑to‑end: strategy, stakeholder mapping, proposal development, pricing, and negotiations. Lead RFP/RFI responses and executive presentations through delivery and follow‑up. Partner and Channel Sales Build trusted, high‑touch relationships with Salesforce AEs/AMs, MuleSoft field leadership, ISVs, and SIs. Run joint account planning, co‑selling, enablement, and co‑marketing motions tailored to Insurtech, Fintech, and technology customers. Source and influence pipeline via partner events, campaigns, and solution plays. Cross‑Functional GTM Collaboration Partner closely with Marketing, Alliances, and the Salesforce Practice leadership to execute approved Industry GTMs. Align on campaign calendars, content, events, and enablement to drive demand and brand presence in priority verticals. Provide market feedback to refine solution plays, industry assets, and partner strategies. Account and Stakeholder Management Engage credibly with senior executives and C‑levels; act as a trusted advisor in regulated (Insurance/BFS) and high‑growth tech environments. Align cross‑functional teams (solution architects, delivery, vertical heads) to client outcomes and industry‑specific needs. Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene; forecast accurately and manage deal velocity. Revenue Ownership Own ACV and bookings targets for both direct and partner‑sourced opportunities across all target verticals. Drive pipeline coverage, stage progression, and win‑rate improvements. Qualifications 10+ years in enterprise technology services sales with a top‑performing track record. Proven experience selling Salesforce and/or MuleSoft implementation, integration, migration, and managed services. Deep experience co‑selling with Salesforce/MuleSoft channels; strong field relationships and partner reputation. Demonstrated success engaging and influencing C‑level stakeholders. Working knowledge of Salesforce Clouds and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform; ability to articulate business value. Industry exposure in: Insurance and Insurtech BFS and Fintech Technology‑native customers (SaaS, marketplaces, software/platform companies) Skilled in value‑based selling, commercial structuring, and complex deal orchestration. Proficient with CRM pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
