About the role In this role, you’ll report directly to the Chief Product Officer. This is a supporting role that spans the entire Product Department, so you won’t be part of a specific team. As the first person in this position, you\'ll need to take ownership of your day-to-day work to succeed. The primary goal is to automate processes to augment the productivity of internal teams. You will focus on how AI can be used as a tool for internal productivity, starting by automating work within the Product department with the possibility of supporting departments like HR and Finance over time. What you’ll be doing Identify opportunities to automate processes within the product department and across the organization. Design and implement automation solutions driven by artificial intelligence using orchestration platforms or by using other methods. Connect automation workflows with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub, Slack, and ServiceNow. Work with product teams and other departments to understand their processes and needs. Test and confirm automation solutions meet business requirements. Monitor and improve automation workflows for ongoing efficiency. Keep up with the latest artificial intelligence and automation technologies and practices. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer. Who we are looking for 5+ years of experience in a product management or similar role, preferably in a tech-focused setting. Hands-on experience implementing process automation using artificial intelligence technologies. You should have a proven track record in automation, with a preference for experience using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Expertise in current artificial intelligence orchestration platforms and tools. Proven ability to integrate automation workflows with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, GitHub, Slack, and ServiceNow. Strong analytical skills to spot and prioritize automation possibilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
