We are located 25 minutes north of Edmonton in Sturgeon County area LionsHeart Wholeness Centre Inc. is seeking to hire Accommodation Services Manager to join our team at 57413 Lily Lake Rd, Legal, AB T0G 1L0. We offer Wage: $37.50 per hour Hours per week: 30-40 hours per week Vacancy: 1 Terms of employment Full time permanent position Job start date: as soon as possible Employment conditions: Day, Morning Benefits: Health benefits (Health care plan) Work location: 57413 Lily Lake Rd, Legal, AB T0G 1L0 Responsibilities and Duties Plan, organize, direct, control, coordinate and support daily operations. Assist with compliance of all licensing, accreditation, health and safety, and the policies and procedures of Lionsheart Wholeness. Prepare and Manage budgets and monitor expenses and revenues. Develop promotional strategies and pricing, Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Strong organizational abilities including planning, delegated task facilitation. Coordinate events and bookings. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special needs. Manage inventory and restock supplies where necessary in the facility and for the guest and maintain awareness and communication around supplies needed for reorder. Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the accommodation, including upkeep of the facilities, and guest accommodations. Transparent and high integrity leadership, ethical decision-making skills, and maintain confidentiality. Qualifications and Skills Must be able to communicate in English College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years with education related to Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality Management Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in hospitality or related field Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure; Attention to detail Personal suitability: Client focus; Efficient interpersonal skills; Excellent oral communication; Excellent written communication; Flexibility; Initiative; Team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
