This is an interview position. To provide extensive customs brokerage services in accordance with Canada Customs and other government departments (OGD) regulations and legislation pertaining to over sixty acts of legislation relating to International Trade; including but not limited to high and low value (HVS/ LVS) entry processing and customer consulting. Qualifications Community College Diploma/Equivalent and Professional accreditation/certification: Canadian Customs Specialist (CCS) or (CSCB) qualified professional designation. Minimum of 2 years current customs brokerage experience OR 2 years current rating and international experience. Maintain CCS designation and achieve annual recurrency points. Excellent mathematical skills; knowledge of FedEx operations; international customs documentation and regulations; customs, agriculture, food and drug, tariff and valuation laws; agency clearance requirements and release processes; Excel – Basic; minimum of 25 wpm on data entry alpha numeric testing preferred. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment if position located at YQG, YOW, YEG, YWG, YYC, YMX. Benefits Note: this position is open to all GTS stations in Western Canada. Can be remote following training. Shift is PST Mon-Fri. Posting closes on 01/28/2026.
