Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Solutions Specialist to join our sales team. The Solutions Specialist will act as a product expert, delivering tailored demonstrations, guiding prospects through trial evaluations, and ensuring prospects clearly understand how our solution meets their business needs. This role combines product knowledge, communication skills, and sales to help drive successful outcomes. The desired outcome from this role is converting trial-users to customers. Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on our product, features, and use cases Deliver 100+ outbound calls weekly to trial users to schedule demos and assist in their trials, converting them to customers Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations Guide prospects through trials and evaluations to ensure a smooth experience Support discovery conversations by uncovering prospect needs and mapping them to product capabilities Provide technical and functional expertise during the sales cycle, answering questions and addressing objections Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to share feedback and improve positioning Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in a solutions, product specialist, pre-sales, or customer-facing role Strong product knowledge and the ability to communicate technical concepts in simple, compelling ways Excellent presentation skills; comfortable leading demos for both technical and business audiences Ability to build trust and credibility with prospects by acting as a knowledgeable advisor Experience supporting sales cycles within SaaS, technology, or related industries preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously Resides in Canada We are an equal opportunity employer.
