Job Title: BSA

Location: Toronto, ON

Exp Required: 7 Years

Responsibilities:

· Agile familiarity is a must.

· Ability to elicit and transform user stories is imperative.

· Great decision making, innovation and creativity.

· Excellent team player with ability to work in tight time schedules and demanding targets.

· Self-motivated and able to work independent of constant supervision and management.

· Capable of documenting functionality, including source-to-target data mapping, user stories etc.,

· Knowledge of use case creation and use case methodology, process and data flows.

· Familiarity of bank standards, architecture, testing methodologies and code management practices.

· Strong oral and written communications skills to clearly articulate requirements

· Strong analysis skills

· Previous experience with system integrations real-time, near real-time, and batch processes

· Microsoft SQL query experience.

· The analyst would gather, document, and maintain business requirements related to IAM, ensuring they align with the organization's overall security and compliance objectives.

· Assist with the implementation of CIAM changes, including communication, training, and support.

· Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Experience with tools like JIRA, SQL, Excel, and Visio is highly valued

· BE/ B Tech/ MCA or equivalent

· Excellent system analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

· Experience working in financial domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00-$51.00 per hour
