Role Description Polyflor Canada is seeking a full‑time Field Sales Representative to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This on‑site role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Representative will provide product knowledge and support to clients, handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires travel within the designated territory and attending industry events to promote Polyflor's products and services. Qualifications Sales and Business Development: Proven ability in client relationship management, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial flooring products, specifications, or construction/material industries is an advantage. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Organizational and Analytical Skills: Capacity to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and identify customer needs for tailored solutions. Proficiency in software tools: Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred. Driving License: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory is required. Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant sales experience will be considered. Experience: Previous field sales or industry experience is desirable, particularly within flooring, construction, or related industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
