Build early budgets, production-based assumptions, and contingency tied to subsurface uncertainty and site constraints. Lead trade engagement: scope writing, RFQs, bid leveling, and recommendation of best-value solutions. Identify constructability and risk (access, groundwater, vibrations, spoil, sequencing) and document mitigations for handoff to operations. Align design/engineering and permitting requirements so the ground improvement strategy is “approval‑ready” and field‑executable.
