What You’ll Do As a Retail Key Holder you will support and motivate boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and drive results. You will also be responsible for operational processes including opening and closing the boutique. Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team. Support and reinforce a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to guests. Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining guests as the top priority. Use effective communication skills to act as a liaison among the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team. Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently. Problem‑solve proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently. Ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently. Flexible and adaptable. Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Effective movement around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing. Ability to work independently.
