At Zumel & Co, we are looking for a Key Holder who is service-minded, sales driven, responsible, independent and enthusiastic in the way they work.

Position Summary:
The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Style Director and sales team in achieving all company goals and initiatives. The Key Holder represents the brand, operates in a professional manner, engages customers, maintains store standards and supports teamwork. The Key Holder has a direct reporting relationship to the Style Director, Management Team and Owners of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aware of customer activity and responds with a sense of urgency, prioritizing assisting customers over other tasks
- Greets and acknowledges customers while providing the appropriate level of high end service
- Exercises sound judgment in effectively addressing customer concerns
- Demonstrates exceptional styling and selling skills so as to achieve daily targets
- Maintains appropriate stock levels and ensures that all sizes and styles are represented
- Follows Company standards of merchandise presentation, signage and display
- Embraces responsibility of assigned tasks
- Supports maintaining a clean, organized and efficient stockroom while adhering to Zumel & Co. standards and safety requirements
- Performs daily housekeeping duties to Zumel & Co. standard
- Guarantees Company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures
- Proactively contributes to creating a team atmosphere that is flexible and enjoyable
- Constructively shares suggestions, ideas and concerns with appropriate Store Leadership
- Handles cash responsibly and ensures proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Acts a manager on duty to handle client concerns and lead junior team members with support of upper management.
- Leads by example in all facets of the job.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

- Retail shop experience 1-3 years preferred.
- Retail Key Holder experience 1 year preferred.
- Women's Fashion Wear experience preferred.
- Flexible Schedule Preferred.

Business Knowledge and Critical Skills:

- Demonstrates time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrates passion for customer service
- Demonstrates passion for fashion and styling
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business; could include evening, weekend and on-call shifts
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom

**Job Type**: Part-time with opportunity for Full-time
