You’re a craftsperson with an obsessive attention to detail and a love for making design files production-ready. With 8–10 years of experience, you’re fluent in both digital and print production, and you know your way around accessibility standards as well as the latest design tools. You’ll work closely with designers and account managers to turn concepts into flawless, production-ready deliverables. Your comfort is important to us. Support the Creative Team and Designers by preparing concepts for production on both short and long form deliverables across digital and print. Ensure all layouts align with established design systems and brand standards. Follow and implement AODA and WCAG Level AA accessibility standards. Develop and maintain production processes, including version control, asset management, folder structure, and file naming conventions. Keep Account and Project Managers informed on progress and flag production considerations to meet deadlines. Work primarily in a Mac environment with accessibility testing performed in Windows—familiarity with both is required. Prepare and package final files for vendor, developer, or client use. Qualifications: Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Skilled in Adobe Express or willing to quickly become an advanced user. Ability to create accessible PDFs meeting AODA and WCAG compliance standards (text hierarchy, alt-text, tagging structure, etc.). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for Word and PowerPoint deliverables. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of the Windows operating system for accessibility testing. Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is an asset. Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Firefly and MidJourney is an asset. Familiarity with accessibility tools like PAC, Adobe Acrobat Accessibility Checker, or CommonLook is an asset. Experience with Figma or similar platforms is an asset. Experience working directly with clients is an asset.
