Job Description About the Team: Treasury and Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) is transforming into a data-centric department, aligned with TD’s vision to become simpler, more efficient, and future-ready. Our team delivers strategic data solutions that enable seamless integration across Treasury pillars and empower business users with self-service capabilities. This role is critical to centralizing data consumption, supporting Treasury’s Target Operating Model, and meeting regulatory expectations—all while driving innovation and simplicity in how we manage and deliver data. Key Responsibilities Partner with Treasury stakeholders, lines of business, and the enterprise data products team to define and drive strategic data requirements that align with Treasury’s objectives and regulatory expectations. Perform in-depth data modeling and analysis to ensure data accurately reflects the underlying business nature while meeting Treasury-specific needs for FTP, ALM, liquidity, capital, stress testing, investments, modelling, etc. Act as Product Owner for strategic data solutions, leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of integrated data platforms. Provide complex business and regulatory requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, and compliant. Execute with meticulous attention to detail, managing timelines, dependencies, and quality standards to deliver high-impact outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with technology partners, risk and control functions, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and adoption of data solutions. Champion data governance and quality standards, embedding best practices across Treasury data initiatives. Drive change management and user enablement, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication for new data capabilities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or any quantitative discipline (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, and etc.) Professional designations: CFA, CPA, or FRM are considered a strong asset. Experience and Skills: In-depth knowledge of banking products, with strong exposure to wholesale/capital markets domain. Deep Treasury expertise, including FTP, ALM, liquidity, capital, stress testing, investments, modelling, etc. Proficiency in Python and SQL. Proven track record in large-scale project execution and delivery within banking or financial services. Strong data modeling and integration experience. Experience with cloud infrastructure and technologies Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
