We’re seeking a Full-stack WordPress Developer with strong digital design skills to join our team. In this role, you'll craft visually engaging digital experiences that captivate audiences and drive results for our diverse client portfolio. Your work will include developing custom WordPress websites, maintaining them through the CMS, designing eye-catching splash pages, creating compelling online ads, and designing assets for online storefronts. This position offers the perfect blend of technical development and creative design. You'll collaborate with our marketing and design teams, content creators and clients to bring digital concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency and user experience best practices. Our technical environment centers on WordPress development with custom themes and plugins, responsive design principles, modern CSS frameworks and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite. You should apply if you: Have 5+ years of professional WordPress development experience with a focus on custom theme creation Can manage website development from planning and site architecture through to launch Possess strong design sensibilities and can translate brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences Have created and optimized splash pages that effectively convert visitors Can develop compelling online advertisements that perform well across multiple platforms Show proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator – Premiere of AfterEffects are a bonus) Understand SEO principles and how to implement them in WordPress sites Can showcase a portfolio that demonstrates both technical WordPress skills and digital design creativity Work efficiently in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members Why You’ll Love Working Here: Design-Driven Culture : Join a creative environment where design and innovation are at the core of everything we do.
