Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing sales and promoting our excavator line across New Brunswick. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work autonomously, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including contractors, construction companies, and dealerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the heavy equipment or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
- Familiarity with excavators or similar heavy equipment is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the province as required.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French
