SALARY $36.00 per hour, 30-40 hours per week EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time; Permanent RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate daily operations; Monitor staff performance; Plan and organize daily operations; Supervise staff; Train staff; Conduct performance reviews; Organize and maintain inventory; Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; Participate in marketing plans and implementation; Leading/instructing individuals; Address customers’ complaints or concerns; Provide customer service; EDUCATION REQUIREMENT College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 yearsor equivalent experience EXPERIENCE 1 year to less than 2 years SUPERVISION 50-100 people WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES Fast-paced environmentWork under pressureAttention to detail PERSONAL SUITABILITY Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Reliability Team player Ability to multitask FINANCIAL BENEFITS Bonus If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume to: We\'re here to help.
