The Eau Claire Athletic Club (ECAC) is a new private athletic club, set to open in 2025. Located in the fully modernized former YMCA Eau Claire, our club prioritizes physical health and social health, providing holistic wellness opportunities in an exceptional environment. We’re designing spaces and creating programs that inspire connection, encourage social energy, and prioritize well-being.

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic **Food and Beverage Manager **to lead the operations of our multiple food and beverage outlets. These include a café specializing in coffee, smoothies, and light fare, which has both a member-facing counter and a public-facing counter; a 100+ seat premium casual restaurant with a lounge, bar and seated dining; and an innovative simulator lounge designed for vibrant, interactive experiences.

**Responsibilities**

As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our food and beverage program, driving excellence across the café and restaurant. Your key responsibilities include:
**Leadership & Team Development**
- Recruit, train, and empower an exceptional team for front
- and back-of-house operations.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and unparalleled service.
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef and Club leadership to bring the ECAC vision to life.

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
- Establish and enforce service standards that elevate the member and guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational best practices.

**Financial Leadership**
- Develop budgets and control costs while maximizing revenue potential.
- Oversee inventory management, minimizing waste and driving profitability.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure financial success.

**Creating Unforgettable Experiences**
- Curate a welcoming and engaging environment for our members and guests.
- Address feedback with care, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Design promotions, events, and activations that enhance member connections and elevate the club’s culinary identity.

**Strategic Innovation**
- Collaborate with Club leadership to align food and beverage operations with the club’s vision.
- Drive initiatives that expand our offerings and build efficiencies.
- Develop and execute creative internal marketing efforts to promote ECAC’s café, restaurant, and bar as the heartbeat of our community.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:At least 7 years in food and beverage management and multi-outlet experience is a strong asset.
- **Skills**:Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Financial acumen and a talent for balancing creativity with operational efficiency.
- **Knowledge**:Deep understanding of café, restaurant, and bar operations, current trends, and industry best practices.
- **Education**:Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields preferred but not required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
