Technology Delivery Lead Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 hours per week Line Of Business: Technology Solutions Pay Range: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD TD is committed to fair and equitable compensation opportunities. Job Description Undergraduate Degree in Business/Commerce or a Technical Discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) Experience leading projects with Java technologies (J2EE, REST APIs, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Cloud) in web‑based application architectures Experience with IAM technologies such as Ping Identity or similar is a great asset Manage projects with a strong focus on information security practices Familiarity with network protocols and firewalls 8+ years relevant experience, Agile delivery preferred Proven ability to drive technology project delivery with enterprise impact, achieving target state through a roadmap of investments that drive business outcomes Skill in applying technology expertise and leading the development of end‑to‑end technical solutions at the product family or platform level, and leading a team of technology delivery professionals Skill in managing partners and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet strategic direction, business and technical requirements, budget, scalability, and architectural goals with risks and impacts considered Knowledge of applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices, business/organization, bank standards, regulatory and compliance standards Knowledge and experience of the financial services industry, banking and insurance products, data management, data governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance Knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration, and experience implementing cloud technology solutions in environments with high regulatory oversight Ability to quickly gain understanding of the Data Risk, Privacy, and Legal control functions and TD as a whole with specialized knowledge of data concepts and related technology and tools Ability to work closely with leads in Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, Privacy, Data Management, and third‑party vendors to assess solution design and development to meet TD's transformational needs Company Overview TD is one of the world's leading financial institutions, the fifth largest bank in North America by branches.
