This role involves providing HR guidance, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting HR programs and initiatives. They will acts as a leadership champion and change agent, ensuring that HR solutions meet the needs of the business.**Responsibilities & Duties:*** Partner with management to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support them.* Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.* Support talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.* Implement and monitor HR programs and initiatives guided by the HR center of excellence (COE).* Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.* 5+ years of progressive HR experience.* Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.**About Harris Computer:**Harris provides mission critical software solutions for the Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities and Private Sector verticals throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
