Driving new business growth by selling policies to new clients, while retaining existing relationships. Innovating lead generation strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of prospects. Negotiating coverages, rates, and premiums with insurance underwriters to secure optimal solutions for clients. Collaborating with internal teams, such as claims and underwriting, to ensure seamless client experiences. Qualifications Required: RIBO License is required* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial lines insurance brokerage or insurance company Experience in a B2B sales environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Applied Systems is an asset Skill Sets Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Meticulous attention to detail Proven ability to independently generate and close sales leads Outstanding organizational and time management abilities The ability to work both independently and in a team environment Mowen Insurance Brokers, operating as A Division of Oracle RMS, is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
