Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction site operations. The successful candidate will lead on-site project teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare production and other reports Supervise workers and projects Co-ordinate and schedule activities Train or arrange for training Operate CADD and other computer software systems Set up machines and equipment Estimate costs and materials Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Recommend personnel actions Read blueprints and drawings Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Leading/instructing individuals Qualifications: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience in construction or site supervision. Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and construction processes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software is an asset.
