Guiding and influencing technical decisions across teams while respecting their autonomy. Reducing complexity and technical debt by promoting reusability and standardization where it adds the most value. Improving the technical maturity of the platform and the teams through mentorship, documentation and industry best practices. Balancing the need for innovation with operational stability, performance and security. Qualifications Computer science or engineering degree, or equivalent. Proven track record as an architect and/or software designer, with at least six years of development experience. Expertise in integrating various software packages. Expert knowledge of JavaScript and React, .NET languages, .NET Core and C#, and design models. Proficiency with database development, including document‑oriented databases. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Leadership, presentation and audience‑aware communication skills. Ability to conceptualize, prototype and design applications. High level of service delivery and understanding of business practice. Willingness and ability to learn new subject matter quickly. Experience in a fast‑moving environment. Designing robust, scalable and future‑proof application architectures. Guiding technology choices to ensure consistency across team‑delivered solutions. Serving as a cross‑functional technical leader and adviser. Advocating best practices, software quality and reduction of technical debt. Partnering with product teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements. Simplifying complex technical issues and acting as a trusted adviser. Creating and maintaining architecture documentation. Anticipating and addressing challenges related to performance, security, resilience and scalability.
