Description About Sadie: We are an industry-leading Voice AI provider specializing in deep integrations with hospitality. Our mission is to become the natural “voice” of every PMS—delivering seamless guest interactions, automated bookings, and operational efficiencies through conversational AI. Backed by cutting-edge research and a growing roster of hotel customers, we’re scaling rapidly and seeking a strategic leader to forge and grow our PMS partnerships worldwide. About The Role As the Sadie AI Sr. Product Manager, you’ll help shape the future of our AI-powered receptionist solutions built to make hospitality more human, not less. You’ll bridge the gap between customers, data, and technology, turning complex systems into seamless experiences that help customers focus on what they do best: creating memorable moments. You’ll track AI quality, identify actionable optimizations, and translate business and customer needs into technical requirements that drive real value. If you thrive at the intersection of insight, innovation and love bringing clarity to complexity, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Track product quality and performance: Monitor model accuracy, relevance, and customer satisfaction to uncover actionable opportunities for optimization. Be the voice of the customer: Surface insights from user behavior, feedback, and Customer Success data. Turning pain points into clear, impactful, and business enhancing product improvements. Keep a pulse on competition and ICPs: Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer expectations to ensure Sadie remains best-in-class. Translate ideas into action: Turn business objectives and user needs into detailed technical requirements that align teams around a shared vision. Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineering, and operations to prioritize features, define success metrics, and deliver meaningful outcomes. Ensure product excellence: Move fast on feedback, quality issues, and AI edge cases, making sure Sadie’s products are always reliable, trustworthy, and delightful. Communicate & translate: Ensure consistent release notes and documentation sharing with key stakeholders to align teams on releases and what is to come. Product roadmap: Own the product roadmap, and innovation pipeline, ensure key projects get delivered and no tickets left unattended. What You Bring 8-10 years of product management experience, including 2+ years working with AI, ML, or data-driven products. Proven track record of shipping and optimizing technology that delivers measurable customer and business impact. A sharp understanding of AI model performance, data quality, and the lifecycle of model improvement. The ability to translate technical complexity into customer clarity: you make the “how” and “why” make sense to every stakeholder. A curious, entrepreneurial mindset, you’re energized by solving real problems for real people. Strong communication and collaboration skills, you know great products are built through partnership, not silos. Bonus if you have Experience with Generative AI and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, etc.). Background in SaaS or hospitality tech. Familiarity with AI quality measurement, experimentation frameworks, or data annotation pipelines. Experience working cross-functional in fast-paced, high-growth environments. #Sadie #J-18808-Ljbffr
