Job Title: BizTalk Server Migration & Support Specialist Location: Montreal, Canada Duration: Long Term Job Description: Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced BizTalk Server Specialist to provide short-term support and lead the migration away from BizTalk Server to modern integration platforms. This role involves advisory, planning, and hands-on execution to ensure a smooth transition while maintaining business continuity. Key Responsibilities: Assess current BizTalk Server environment and integration workflows. Provide expert guidance on migration strategy to alternative platforms (e.g., Azure Integration Services, API Management, or other modern middleware). Develop a roadmap for decommissioning BizTalk Server with minimal disruption. Implement short-term fixes and performance optimizations during the transition period. Collaborate with architecture, operations, and application teams to align migration with enterprise standards. Document processes, best practices, and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience with Microsoft BizTalk Server (design, development, and administration). Proven experience in migration projects away from BizTalk to modern integration platforms. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with financial services or large-scale enterprise environments. Excellent communication and advisory skills for stakeholder engagement. Nice to Have: Experience with Azure Integration Services or similar platforms. Knowledge of security and compliance requirements in banking environments.
