Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien. What You’ll Do Supervise a crew of up to 12 mechanics in the diesel shop. Supervise performance of, provide mentoring to, and administration of the mine maintenance crew. Provide safety guidance, ensure compliance with all safety and workplace rules and procedures. Work closely with Maintenance Planning, Capital Programs and Operations Departments to utilize available equipment and material, safely and efficiently, in order to meet daily production goal. What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ mining experience and underground supervisor certification. Grade 12 or equivalent. Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Computer proficiency. Excellent guidance skills – ability to engage and inspire; educate and mentor. Inter‑Provincial Journeyperson Certification or Engineering/Technologist designation (preferred). Experience as a supervisor in a unionized environment and exposure‑based safety programs (preferred).
