Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates to build a strong team. Oversee sales activities to meet or exceed company targets. Implement organizational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain inventory levels and assist with purchasing decisions as needed. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse client needs. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a wider customer base. Proven sales experience with the ability to drive revenue growth. Proficient in interviewing techniques to select the best candidates for the team. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong math skills for budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting. Experience in team management, fostering collaboration, and motivating staff. Familiarity with clerical duties related to administrative tasks.
