Position: Project Manager, Professional Services, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Position Type: Permanent No. of Positions: 1 Location: Ontario (REMOTE) The Position This is a great opportunity for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex ERP and CRM implementations across the Microsoft technology stack. This role requires a strong balance of technical project delivery, stakeholder management, and consultative client engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore), including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals. This is a remote role within Quebec or Ontario with occasional travel to client sites, which pays a competitive rate. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership and Management Manage full project lifecycles for Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, and post-go-live support. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with client and organizational goals. Lead cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, promoting collaboration and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Client Relationship Management Establish exceptionally strong, trust-based customer relationships with key client stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to clients, overseeing all communication, escalations, and executive reporting. Foster consultative relationships with clients to identify expansion opportunities and facilitate additional engagements (land & expand model). Conduct executive steering committee meetings and deliver status updates to senior stakeholders and C-level executives. Risk and Quality Management Drive project governance, risk, and change control, and adherence to quality standards, including documentation and compliance tracking. Contribute to continuous improvement by mentoring team members and supporting PMO best practices and methodology optimization. Must Have Skills and Requirements Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in professional services and software implementation. Experience managing ERP implementation projects. Proven expertise in managing Microsoft technology projects, especially Dynamics 365 and F&O. Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new opportunities through consultative engagement. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Nice To Have Skills Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or other project tracking tools. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. Must be able to travel occasionally to client sites. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. PMP or TOGAF certification required; knowledge of Sure Step, FastTrack, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
