The successful candidate will contribute their expertise to enhance existing platforms and develop new capabilities, collaborating with a global, dynamic, and agile project team. As a key member of the development lifecycle, you will participate in requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and support phases, focusing on integration, automation, and delivering solutions aligned with defined roadmaps. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy code as part of a distributed development team. Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions. Integrate capabilities into production environments while managing technical dependencies (infrastructure, security, etc.). Collaborate across teams within Business Technology Solutions to support integration, share knowledge, and shape technology roadmaps. Qualifications Must‑Have Skills Experience with source code management tools (Git) and continuous testing/delivery practices. Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and Agile development methodologies. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Microsoft development stacks, including: .NET, C#, Web API Entity Framework Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Azure, NoSQL). Knowledge of distributed systems and service‑oriented architecture. Familiarity with Azure cloud infrastructure and services (API Manager, REST services, Storage). Experience managing product backlogs with Azure DevOps. Background in reinsurance or Commercial/Specialty Insurance (bonus).
