Route Service Representative – Cintas Canada Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role is physical, fast‑paced, and involves both indoor and outdoor work. Responsibilities include delivering products, managing inventory, and building strong relationships with key decision makers at customer locations. Route Service Representative Enjoy Comprehensive 10‑week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek Majority of work on weekdays, no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills & Qualifications Required: Qualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply, candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: Hold a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s licence. All successful candidates will also possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A high school diploma, GED, or military service. A strong customer‑service orientation. Self‑motivation and a drive to work in a team‑based environment. A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
