This role owns end‑to‑end customer onboarding projects, ensuring predictable delivery, strong stakeholder engagement, and accelerated time to value. You’ll lead a team of implementation professionals while personally overseeing high‑impact or complex engagements, partnering closely with Technical Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go‑live Own a portfolio of customer engagements, including high‑profile or complex implementations Act as the primary delivery lead for senior keywords Drive project planning, risk management, and executive‑level communication Standardize delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices Partner closely with Technical Solutions on integrations and technical dependencies Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing professional services team What We’re Looking For StrongISR experience leading professional services or implementation teams in SaaS or enterprise software Background working with regulated or complex customer environments (financial services a plus) Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills Experience managing and developing delivery‑focused teams Comfortable operating inzahl fast‑moving environments with evolving requirements Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, and technical delivery concepts Why Join Senior delivery leadership role with direct customer and business impact Hybrid Toronto role with flexibility Opportunity to scale delivery operations for an AI platform used by global enterprises Work closely with cross‑functional leaders in Product, Engineering, and Client Services Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
