Job Title: MS Chat and AI Developer – Healthcare Work Model: Hybrid (Preferred) Time Zone: PST Contract Type: Contract Duration: Long-term Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MS Chat and AI Developer – Healthcare to lead and support the adoption of Microsoft AI solutions, including Copilot for Healthcare . The ideal candidate will combine strong AI/ML, data engineering, and healthcare domain expertise with a consultative mindset to drive successful AI deployments, clinical workflow optimization, and measurable health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Enable and accelerate adoption of Microsoft AI solutions, including Copilot for Healthcare . Drive Copilot deployment strategies, governance, and change management initiatives. Collaborate with account teams, customer success, and partners to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Orchestrate end-to-end Copilot opportunities across clinical and operational healthcare workflows. Engage in consultative discussions with healthcare customers to align AI solutions with business and clinical goals. Support responsible AI adoption in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and models for analytics and experimentation. Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes for complex healthcare data integrations. Architect and optimize datasets and metrics frameworks to measure health impact and outcomes. Collaborate with clinical, product, and ML engineering teams to define metrics related to patient safety and health outcomes. Implement monitoring, validation, and quality checks to ensure data reliability and integrity. Support model evaluation pipelines, including healthcare benchmarking metrics (e.g., HealthBench). Partner with ML engineers to support evaluation, scoring, and performance measurement pipelines. Required Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in AI, data engineering, analytics, or related roles. Strong experience with Microsoft Chat/Copilot solutions and AI-driven platforms. Solid understanding of healthcare workflows , clinical operations, and healthcare data ecosystems. Hands‑on experience with data engineering , ETL/ELT pipelines, and analytics frameworks. Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) and regulatory considerations. Experience supporting ML pipelines , model evaluation, and monitoring in production environments. Strong consultative and stakeholder engagement skills, including customer‑facing interactions. Preferred Skills Experience with AI adoption strategies and enterprise change management. Exposure to healthcare analytics, quality metrics, and outcome measurement frameworks. Background in consultative sales or solution advisory roles within healthcare or AI domains. Knowledge of responsible AI principles and governance in healthcare environments.
