Senior ETL / ELT Developer – Healthcare (Matillion, Python) Job Title: Senior ETL / ELT Developer – Healthcare (Matillion, Python) Experience: 8+ Years (Mid to Senior Level) Work Location: REMOTE Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid to senior-level ETL / ELT Developer with strong Healthcare domain experience to support data integration and analytics initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with Data & Analytics and AI teams to understand data requirements and vendor/partner file specifications, and to build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion and Python. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with Data & Analytics and AI teams to understand data ingestion and transformation requirements Analyze vendor and partner file formats and develop ETL/ELT workflows accordingly Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion Extract, transform, and load healthcare data into target systems ensuring accuracy and quality Develop and support Python-based data processing, including AI-related data use cases Ensure data integrity, performance, and compliance with healthcare data standards Troubleshoot and optimize ETL/ELT jobs and data pipelines Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in data engineering / ETL development Strong hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT tools, specifically Matillion Proficiency in Python, with exposure to AI/ML concepts or data preparation for AI models Experience working with large datasets and complex data transformations Ability to interact effectively with cross‑functional Data, Analytics, and AI teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
