Communicate complex technical topics in business terms; foster collaboration and innovation. Qualifications Experience: 10+ years in governance or program management roles; 7+ years managing large, complex projects across multiple teams and vendors. Skills: Advanced communication, negotiation, and facilitation; strong analytical and financial acumen; proficiency in PPM tools (ServiceNow, MS Project, Jira), MS SharePoint Management. Mindset: Results‑driven, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity; proven ability to lead change and challenge the status quo. Technical: Working knowledge of SDLC, governance frameworks, and Microsoft suite tools. Leadership: Ability to influence, motivate, and manage staff; foster a culture of transparency and collaboration. Individuals who are self‑starters with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of leading from the front and navigating uncertainty to uncover clarity.
