Why consider this job opportunity Employer Industry: Technology and Telecommunications Salary up to $410,800 Opportunity for discretionary incentive bonuses and sales commissions for eligible employees Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(K) matching, and Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) Frequent travel to customer sites, fostering direct engagement with clients Supportive culture focused on individual growth, well-being, and belonging Chance to work with leading Tier 1 Communication Service Providers in North America What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Execute the sales strategy for Blue Planet, managing customer interactions and driving solution-level sales Accelerate goal attainment while measuring and tracking business results against targets Set and manage expectations to effectively drive complex, high-value sales cycles Build and maintain a robust customer pipeline to optimize revenue streams Develop commercial proposals and oversee all client-facing negotiations What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering complex, high-value solutions to Tier 1 customers and executive leadership Strong knowledge of telecom industry technology, infrastructure, network management, and OSS/BSS systems Proven experience working with Tier 1 Communication Service Providers such as Rogers, Telus, and Bell Exceptional communication skills, including listening, writing, and presenting to diverse audiences Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce.com How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience influencing global product portfolio roadmaps and marketing plans Ability to work independently with a proactive approach in a dynamic environment Strong integrity and collaboration skills, respecting and learning from support roles #Technology #Telecommunications #SalesLeadership #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #EmployeeBenefits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
