Under the direction of the Director, Human Resources, the HRBP supports the organization by advising managers and employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, collective agreements, laws, standards, regulations and compensation and benefit programs, health and safety programming, coordinating employee performance and appraisal programs, and communicating Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations to internal stakeholders. The following traits and qualifications are required Human Resources Management Diploma required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management preferred 2 years related work experience in HR preferred Must have or be working towards the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation Demonstrated working knowledge of multiple human resource areas and applicable legislation Data analysis, basic research and presentation skills required Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to and learn new software Excellent time and project management skills Strong problem identification and resolution skills Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education Must possess valid Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel Our offer to you may also include Health, Welfare and Dental Benefits Pension program where we match contributions and invest in your future Assistance with tuition Skill development and internal advancement – growth in your career Awards and recognition programs and team appreciation events Exclusive discounts on products, services and travel Please note, all applicants must be located in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
