About The Role Vantage is looking for a detail‑oriented product manager with experience managing products in retail advertising and/or retail media networks to assist with the product strategy and growth of existing and exciting new products at Vantage. This is a remote role, open to both Canadian and American applicants. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience as a product manager working in retail advertising, and/or retail media networks. Meaningful experience developing media strategy, planning campaigns, and forecasting performance. A track‑record of effective customer research and stakeholder management, including conducting interviews, synthesizing insights, and translating them into actionable product features. A successful history of close collaboration with UX Designers. Experience working alongside software engineering teams. Hands‑on experience in an account management or customer‑facing position. Familiarity with project management software such as Jira. Role Responsibilities Manage the ongoing product backlog and requests from a large number of users and internal stakeholders, delivering challenging projects and goals across multiple organizations. Conduct customer research and gather insights to inform product strategy, identify pain points, and prioritize feature development. Provide strategic direction within your product portfolio by maintaining a product roadmap and helping to prioritize new requests. Guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Collaborate with development, design, and client teams to drive the development of the product roadmap. Maintain detailed product documentation to ensure the team is aligned and has a single source of truth. Build competitive and industry knowledge, stay up to date on the latest technology, and act as a thought leader within Vantage to guide product decisions. International and domestic travel up to 25% of the time.
