Job Overview Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Montréal, Canada. This role focuses on optimizing and enhancing Keurig Dr Pepper Canada’s data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and quality, and driving timely, accurate reporting and analytics solutions. Position Summary The Senior BI Analyst will deliver best‑in‑class strategic insights and advanced analytics to support critical business decisions. Operating in a highly dynamic and evolving environment, this role focuses on optimizing and enhancing Keurig Dr Pepper Canada’s data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and quality, and driving timely, accurate reporting and analytics solutions. As a senior member of the BI team, you will take ownership of complex projects, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design scalable, self‑service solutions. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence. The BI department at Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is responsible for building and maintaining multiple commercial data sources (including a Snowflake data warehouse) and delivering analytic services across the organization to enable fast, data‑driven decision‑making. Main Responsibilities Extract, cleanse, and transform raw data from diverse sources. Partner with IT to integrate new data sources into the data warehouse and ensure seamless connectivity. Develop and maintain robust metrics and quality control measures through advanced data visualization and manipulation tools. Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies proactively. Oversee the timely and accurate update of reporting suites; review business rules and ensure alignment with evolving requirements. Design and implement new self‑service dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Own and optimize BI tools and platforms for maximum efficiency and adoption. Lead testing initiatives, resolve bugs, and implement data improvements. Gather and translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions. Communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences and influence strategic decisions. Qualifications Knowledge of best‑in‑class data management tools is required, including Snowflake & any SQL/Python based tool. Advanced knowledge of SQL, basic understanding of Python and R. Experience with Tableau Desktop, PowerBI, Tableau Server or any similar BI enterprise tool would be considered a strong asset. Knowledge of SAP, SAP Business Objects, SAP Bex Analyzer, SAP HANA would be considered as a strong asset. Experience with report creation & automation. Exhibit proven interpersonal, analytical, technical and problem‑solving skills. Good communication skills (spoken and written), both in French and English. Strategic mindset and global vision. Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information. Detail‑oriented.
