No prior experience is necessary; we will provide on-the-job training. If you have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:Assist in the installation and removal of various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.Prepare surfaces for installation by removing old flooring, cleaning, and leveling the area.Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of experienced team members.Assist with general construction tasks including but not limited to demolition, site cleanup, and material handling.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
