Senior IP Systems Analyst

Work Location Remote Key Tasks Configure, maintain, and optimize core Intellectual Property (IP) systems, including business rules, workflows, and templates at a group level Analyze, design, and standardize IP-related business processes across member firms Lead and contribute to IP systems projects, including upgrades, integrations, data conversion, testing, and deployments Manage system upgrades and ensure platforms remain on the latest supported versions Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for IP Management systems, including Zendesk ticket resolution Improve system efficiency through automation and workflow enhancements Document all system configurations, rules, and changes, adhering strictly to change control processes Train, mentor, and support end users and helpdesk teams, including delivery of formal webinars Collaborate with internal IT teams, member firms, and external vendors to prioritize enhancements and resolve issues Ensure data integrity, system stability, and timely resolution of defects identified during testing and production use Key Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Anaqua experience, including configuration, business rules, templates, and workflows Strong IP systems and business process expertise, with the ability to analyze, standardize, and implement solutions across multiple firms Proven ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor, managing multiple initiatives with minimal oversight Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of relevant experience in a technology support role and/or within the Intellectual Property domain Experience with configuration management of enterprise business applications Demonstrated experience producing process documentation, system documentation, and reports Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Willingness and ability to support deployments or emergency fixes outside normal business hours when required Assets French language proficiency Experience working in a multi-firm or global organization Exposure to IP system evaluations, system migrations, or large-scale upgrades Experience working with external vendors and technical consultants Knowledge of IP Management and Document Management systems beyond Anaqua Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
