Overnight Crew Members greet guests, process payments, and prepare food and drinks while working flexible, rotating shifts.
At McDonald’s Canada restaurants, this crew position supports dine-in, take-out, delivery, Drive-Thru, kitchen, and front-counter service. No experience is needed, while food service or retail experience as a barista, server, cashier, sales associate, team member, or customer sales representative helps. The work focuses on effective communication and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take orders
- Process payments at the restaurant
- Prepare drinks and food items
- Assemble dine-in, take-out, and delivery orders
- Communicate effectively with peers and Managers
Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Food service or retail experience appreciated
- Availability for flexible, rotating hours
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Welcoming people of every age, background, and culture
Build guest service experience through overnight food preparation, order assembly, payment processing, and effective team communication.
