Job Description The Associate Manager is responsible for providing our Agents exceptional claims and inquiry service through chat while managing and motivating ten to fifteen adjuster staff or vendors. The role achieves ambitious performance levels and expert execution of required claim processes. Key responsibilities include supporting operational initiatives that meet Claim, Discipline, and Company business objectives, developing strategies for employee performance, monitoring staffing levels, providing coaching and mentoring, participating in performance reviews, managing customer conflicts, and establishing unit goals. The manager also delivers compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy to ensure customer retention.
