We are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth in BC & Alberta, with a primary focus in the lower mainland. Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior; Employment Type: Full‑time; Job Function: Sales and Business Development. Primary Duties Create and implement a sales plan aimed at increasing revenue and expanding market presence throughout Western Canada. Nurture and expand partnerships with existing HVAC distributors, wholesalers, and engineering firms. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution partners to broaden market access. Build connections with engineers, contractors, developers, and other influencers to boost product awareness and technical adoption. Conduct regular in‑person visits across the region to support partners and strengthen relationships. Relay market insights to internal teams to help guide product development and marketing initiatives. Required Experience & Skills Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within technical or equipment‑focused industries. Experience working with distributor and wholesaler networks. Solid understanding of the sales cycle within technical markets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. Highly self‑driven, able to work independently, and willing to travel extensively. Preferred Experience Background in the residential HVAC sector with existing industry connections. Engineering education or related professional experience. Knowledge of the HVAC distribution ecosystem in Western Canada.
