Responsibilities The Corporate Staffing Coordinator & Trainer is responsible for daily operations that include providing support and training on staffing management systems and applications. Under the direction of corporate leadership, Coordinator implements all staffing applications and support that are utilized by corresponding facilities. Additionally, works as a Trainer with local staffing and leadership teams to train them on staffing applications, staffing policies and procedures, staffing best practices, as well as productivity metrics. Maintains and produces routine and ad‑hoc staffing reports as requested and when needed while managing staff schedules. Qualifications Education, Experience, Training Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of one year’s experience in healthcare supporting staffing and patient acuity systems (preferably in an acute care setting). Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience and understanding of nurse staffing ratios. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience working in project management. Experience and willingness to work across different states while managing schedules. Previous experience with ShiftWizard application. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $28.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
