This role is ideal for someone who loves building strong teams, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and working closely with both administrative and clinical professionals. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations: Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and inventory management to keep the clinic running smoothly Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service Process Improvement: Develop and refine office policies to enhance efficiency and productivity Collaboration: Partner with clinical staff to optimize schedules, treatment planning, and overall workflow Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory protocols, infection control standards, and confidentiality requirements Patient Relations: Address inquiries, concerns, and billing questions with professionalism and empathy Marketing Support: Assist with patient retention and attraction initiatives What You Bring Previous experience in management or a related leadership role Strong leadership and communication abilities Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in dental software and office management systems (asset) A proactive, solutions-driven mindset A passion for creating a positive, high-performing team environment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
